Longtime Indiana restauranteur and Taqueria Vargas proprietor Pedro, has owned and operated a mexican restaurant for many years, and has finally decided to share all of that experience and love for mexican cuisine with his Indianapolis neighbors. Don't be misled by our name, we are more than just a taco shop (the meaning of taquería); we serve a great variety of traditional mexican dishes and our menu is very extensive.
